At LacJet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for orders placed on LacJet.com.
1. Return / Exchange Window
We offer a return and exchange window of 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible domestic orders within India.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- No returns, exchanges, or refund requests will be accepted after the 7-day window has passed.
- We recommend inspecting your product immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
2. International Orders
Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. All international sales are considered final once the order has been shipped. We encourage international customers to carefully review product details, specifications, and images before completing a purchase.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Domestic Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange within the 7-day window, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- The product must not show any signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) must be provided.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- International orders (as stated above)
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange within the 7-day window, customers can:
- Contact our support team via email or the contact details listed on our website, quoting the order ID.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product, if requested, to help us verify the condition and issue.
- Once approved, follow the return shipping instructions provided by our support team.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging to our processing address.
6. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.
- For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned item passes inspection.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by LacJet.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under this Returns and Refund Policy.
9. Product Warranty Disclaimer
Certain products listed on LacJet.com may display a warranty period (e.g., 1 year, 2 years) as provided by the respective brand or manufacturer.
- Any such warranty is provided and honored solely by the manufacturer’s authorized service center / brand, and not by LacJet.
- LacJet acts only as a marketplace/seller for the product and is not responsible for warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or servicing related to manufacturer warranties.
- For any warranty-related issue, customers are required to directly contact the brand’s official service center, using the warranty card, invoice, or documentation provided with the product.
- LacJet will not process warranty claims, and warranty terms are governed entirely by the respective brand’s own warranty policy, not by this Returns and Refund Policy.
